    5. Do you have an implementation guide that explains requirements?

    1. What type of data is needed from Workday? Demographic, compensation , One Time Payment, Bonus .LOA, Time...etc?

    2. Do you need any master data/config data out of Workday or just employee-related data?

    3. This integration will be an API-based or file approach?

    4. How many file need to be generated from Workday? and what kind of data will be in each file?

    5. Do you need top-of stack data or full-stack information?

    6. What type of files needs to be generated from Workday?

    7. Can you provide us a list of fields per file? Please out line what is required vs optional ? If you have any predefined set of fields values, then let us know which fields need to be mapped?

    8. Who can help us to flag out of all fields which field is required for this client?

    9. If its a file-base integration, then how we will deliver file to you? Do you have SFTP or SFTP needs to be provided by client (I mean your company)?

    10. Do you have a test environment to support testing? Does this will be a Production copy or dummy data?

    11. During testing, how much time will it take you to provide feedback on file? (This will help you prepare a timeline.)

    7. Once high-level information is provided, then we will review the requirements and have follow-up calls. 

    8. We generally need 3 to 4 design session calls; could you please provide availability for this week and the upcoming week?
