Multiple Data Sources: If your integration involves data from multiple sources, Workday Studio allows you to manage and transform this data seamlessly. For example, for any complexity, you need the Time Entry RaaS API to enrich your output file.

Output File Formats Not Possible via Document Transform: If your integration needs to deliver data in a format that cannot be achieved via document transform, then Workday Studio will be the best choice.

Multiple Output Files: If the requirement is to generate multiple files (e.g., around 5), it will be easier to use Workday Studio compared to having 5 document transforms.

Delivering Files to Multiple SFTPs: If you need to deliver files to multiple SFTPs based on pay group or country, Workday Studio will support distributing files based on the requirement.
